What is the cancellation policy?
Depending on the type of rate you book, the cancellation conditions will vary. Some rates allow cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival, while others require payment at the time of booking or a few days before arrival.
Is a deposit or prepayment required?
If the booking is “non-refundable”, the payment must be made in full.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment at the self check-in kiosk must always be made by card; outside office hours, cash payments are not accepted.
What are the office hours?
From Monday to Friday (non-bank holidays) from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
How can I check availability?
Try making a booking: the system will show you availability once you select the dates.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, please check our pet policy.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-out is at 11:00 am and check-in is at 2:00 pm.
Is there free Wi-Fi available?
Yes, we offer free high-speed Wi-Fi in all apartments.
How do I check in?
Self check-in kiosk with touch screen located at the entrance of the apartments.
Check-in process
Enter your booking number on the touch screen.
Follow the instructions shown on the screen.
At the end, the machine will issue the key card for your apartment.

ID document for ALL adults who will be staying.
Is cleaning service provided?
For stays of more than 7 days, we include a cleaning service with change of bed linen and towels.
For stays of more than 15 days, there is a long-stay cleaning fee of €100 for the entire stay.
Is there parking? How much does it cost?
Yes, we have parking in the basement of the same building. The cost is €22 per night. Special rates are available for long stays; please enquire.
How can I contact reception outside regular hours?
We have a 24/7 telephone support service available.
Are there any specific rules about noise or coexistence?
We have internal house rules that are mandatory for all our guests.
We also have excessive-noise detection systems to ensure the well-being of our guests. These systems only detect noise levels and in no case record voices or images.
Are cots available?
Yes, we have complimentary cots available for guests. They must be reserved in advance.
Is there a kitchen in the apartments?
Yes, we have fully equipped kitchens in all our apartments.
What happens if I arrive late?
You will be able to access your apartment, as we have a self check-in kiosk that allows guests the freedom to enter whenever they need.
Is there a safe in the accommodation?
Yes, all apartments have a safety deposit box.
Are there any additional cleaning charges?
Only for stays longer than 15 days. The cost for this type of stay is €100.
Can I leave my luggage if I arrive early?
Yes, we have lockers for your small or cabin-size suitcases. These lockers are free of charge (subject to availability). They work by inserting a €1 coin per locker, which is returned when you collect your belongings. If you are going to use these lockers, remember to take a photo of the sign you will find inside them, where you will find the numeric code needed to access reception without a key.
What tourist attractions are nearby?
Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, Paseo de la Castellana, and a direct metro line to Puerta del Sol.
Is there public transport nearby?
Yes, we are 50 metres from Tetuán metro station, on line 1 of the Madrid Metro.
On Bravo Murillo street you’ll also find bus lines 49, 126, 28 and 147.
Is the accommodation registered as a tourist apartment?
Yes, our apartments comply with all the necessary legal registration requirements.
What should I do in case of a complaint or claim?
We have official Complaint Forms available for our guests. You can also contact us by email at info@g3galeon.com.
How is the security and protection of personal data managed?
Grupo 3 Galeón, S.L. is the data controller responsible for your personal data, which will be used to manage your booking and, if you have consented, for commercial communications and registration in our loyalty club. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, restriction of processing and rights related to automated individual decision-making via email.
